Ameba Pico used to be a nice site, more items in the shops then in Gacha. But now it's all about gacha. Gacha is simply a scam to get your money, you spend all your money trying to get what you want and STILL don't get it. You keep getting multiples of clothing items that you can't even trade and only sell for 10 gummies.
They are very unprofessional, they don't give one worth a mind about the users. I understand every company needs support to keep going, I work for another site myself, I understand the troubles. But Gacha is a foolish creation that costs you ridiculous amounts of money. You can't trade away your doubles, or even gift them. Do you really enjoy spending all your money on NOT getting what you want? Shouldn't online games be about having fun and dressing up in what you like?
This is NOT a strike against Ameba Gold, I understand there isn't a lot of cool things for gummy users but I don't really have much of an issue against that. This is my strike against the insane abundance of gacha in an online game where you use the money you work hard for just to get the things you didn't even want.
I would rather pay $2.00 getting one item I like then $30.00 on 60 items I didn't even want, and half of those being clothing doubles.
I have proof of what I spend on Pico and I will be posting it in due time.
Spread the word! Stop buying Ameba Gold! If you want to have better site to spend your money I can name a few! AND THEY HAVE TRADING SYSTEMS. So all your items have value.
What all does Pico need to change for me to be a customer again?
1. Gacha: as I said I can't enjoy have 30 stupid items I don't want and 15 of them being clothing copies.
2. Trading/gifting system. My items have no value, if I could trade of gift copies I would be SOOO HAPPY.
3. Make clothing for all pico, not just boy/girl BUT they can make separate shops so people know there is boy/girl themed. It is sexist to make only pants for boys and dress for girls.
