USE OF THE SERVICE IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. THE SERVICE IS INTENDED FOR USE BY PERSONS OVER THE AGE OF 13. BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE 13 OR OLDER. IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND OR AGREE TO BE BOUND BY (OR CANNOT COMPLY WITH) THIS TOS, DO NOT USE OR ACCESS THE SERVICE. Also by knowing the rules you will know what not to do. Everyone makes mistakes but there is no excuse for some of the behavior I witness in Pico. Take a close look at this section of the TOS(terms of service).
